We’re not quite sure what exactly Jennifer Lopez’s ex husband, Ojani Noa, is trying to do but our favorite Flyy Girl definitely isn’t going for it!

After a small court battle, J-Lo finally got one up on her former hubby who, in a joint action with current girlfriend Claudia Vasqueuz, is trying to exploit the actress/singer by releasing a hot ‘n spicy sex tape the two recorded during their honeymoon in 1997.

According to Popeater, LA County Superior Court Judge has officially granted Lopez a restraining order against Vasquez, who TMZ reported technically owns the tape.  The judge dismissed a bid for the tape, explaining that J. Lo’s signature is needed in order for the video to be released and distributed.  And from the looks of it, Jenny from the block ain’t havin it!

There’s been no proven evidence that Vasquez actually tried to sell the tape as of yet, but apparently before Noa “sold” the tape to his gf, he reportedly had already been offered millions for the saucy video.  This isn’t the first time Noa tried to out his estranged wife though!  Previous schemes included attempts to publish tell-all books about the newest American Idol judge, all which have turned out to be an #uberfail.

From the looks of it, Lopez is having more success keeping her sex life under wraps and out of the public eye as opposed to some of her fellow celebutants…Even though we can’t lie and say that a private J. Lo party isn’t something the world wouldn’t be itching to see!
